Lea Meermeier

Lea Meermeier discovered the magic of yoga in 2017. What initially began as a physical balance quickly developed into a deep passion for yoga philosophy, which she particularly incorporates into her yin yoga classes. After her 230 hour training at YTTP, she practiced Ashtanga Yoga in Mysore, India, under R. Saraswati Jois. Lea teaches Ashtanga and Yin Yoga, creating a perfect balance between dynamic practice and silent meditation.

Patrick Hartel

Patrick Hartel

Patrick discovered Ashtanga Yoga in 2021 and initial lessons per week quickly became a daily passion. Originally a coach and trainer, he has dedicated himself entirely to yoga since 2023. With multistyle teacher training at YTTP, he teaches Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. Patrick values healthy, powerful practice and correct orientation, paired with humor. In Ashtanga Yoga, he shows dedication and intensity, teaches flowing movements and focused breathing. Vinyasa lessons offer a mix of strength, concentration and meditation. In Yin Yoga, Patrick creates a relaxing oasis for profound practice. His Pilates lessons are a party where you sweat and really have fun doing it.

Tilla Schmitz

Tilla Schmitz

Tilla discovered her passion for yoga after many years in gymnastics. She is particularly fascinated by the mindful interplay of body, breathing and mind. In 2018, she completed a 200h training course in Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga in Bali, followed by a 60h Yin Yoga training, a 200h Vinyasa Rocket Yoga training and in 2023 a Pilates training course. Her lessons focus on being in the moment, listening to herself, and balancing body, breath, and mind. Tilla teaches creative Vinyasa Flows, powerful Rocket Yoga and quiet Yin Yoga and Pilates, always striving to gain new strength for everyday life.

Silke Langer

Silke Langer

Silke discovered yoga in her early 20s. Yoga, meditation, and modern spirituality have been part of her life ever since. For Silke, yoga is a practice to create inner peace and thus cultivate loving relationships with herself and others. In 2019, her journey took her to India, where she completed her 200h Ashtanga Vinyasa teacher training. The 75h Spiritual Warrior Training in 2021 was followed by the 300h Jivamukti Teacher Training. Silke teaches with dedication and attention to detail. It focuses on harmonizing breath and movement. Through hands-on assists, Silke helps students deepen their own practice.

Lamina Vedder

Lamina has been practicing yoga since she was 16 years old and feels deeply connected to yoga practice and philosophy. She completed her 200h Vinyasa yoga training in 2020 at Yogaloft Cologne under Sonia Bach. In Berlin, she discovered her love for the Jivamukti Yoga Method in 2022 and completed the 75h Jivamukti Spiritual Warrior Teacher Training in India in 2024. Lamina teaches powerful Vinyasa and Jivamukti Yoga classes, with a focus on the conscious connection of breath and movement. Your classes are enriched with selected music and hand-on assists.

Nicole Kebschull

Nicole Kebschull

Nicole has been a yoga teacher since 2010 and completed her 200-hour Vinyasa Teacher Training in Wiesbaden. In 2014, she deepened her knowledge in Rishikesh with 300-hour Hatha and Ashtanga training. Her regular continuing education and training as a fitness economist bring profound knowledge of anatomy and movement theory to her lessons. Nicole offers precise instructions and clearly structured flows that harmonize body and mind. Look forward to well-thought-out hours that help you find balance and harmony.

Juliane Pollheide

Juliane Pollheide

Juliane has been practicing and teaching yoga and holistic movement for 22 years. With over 600 hours of yoga teacher training with Patrick Beach and Carling Harps, she teaches Awakening Yoga with passion. Her lessons combine asana, strength and movement theory, mobility, biomechanics and breathwork into a unique practice. Juliane is known for her playful and varied classes. Your goal is for you to arrive at your yoga, adapted to your own body and again and again in a different way, exhausting your potential, intuitively and with full self-confidence.

Meryl Schwindt

Meryl Schwindt

Meryl discovered her passion for yoga and Pilates in 2017. After completing her Vinyasa training in 2021 and Pilates mat training in 2022, she supplemented her knowledge in 2023 with Yin&Oils training at YTTP. She regularly teaches Pilates for all levels to strengthen the deep muscles. She is also happy to teach Move, Vinyasa and Yin as a substitute. In Meryl's classes, you will find both calm and energetic elements, always focusing on breath and body awareness. It is particularly important for Meryl to teach the right technology. So that you can always take something away from their classes.

Sebastian Müller

Sebastian Müller

Sebastian discovered his passion for Ashtanga yoga in 2006. What began as a flexibility exercise soon developed into a comprehensive practice that included pranayama, meditation, and yin yoga. After years of experience and an intensive yoga lockdown, he completed his Vinyasa Yoga teacher training in 2022. Sebastian teaches powerful Vinyasa Yoga, which integrates elements from traditional Ashtanga practice. His focus is on precise alignment and dynamic movements, often with challenging arm balances. He prefers a quiet environment where the focus is on the breath.

Alina Classen

Alina Classen

Alina discovered her passion for yoga in 2015 when she began exploring the physical aspects. She soon realized that yoga was much more and was becoming an integral part of her life. This led her to meditation, which had her trained as a meditation teacher in 2021. With her background in neuroscience, Alina is researching how meditation affects the mind and brain. Her classes focus on inner peace and clarity, combining traditional practices with scientific knowledge. Alina helps you to feel at home and to feel at home.

Sakir Gevgeli

Sakir Gevgeli

Şakir came into contact with yoga for the first time on his trip to Australia, where he discovered meditation for himself and also dealt more intensively with his breath and the topic of yoga in general for the first time. Şakir originally comes from gymnastics and parkour sports and therefore loves to try out new movements in a variety of ways. The enthusiasm for a holistic movement approach continued in sports studies, which Şakir is currently completing at the German Sport University in Cologne. During his studies, he also got to know Pilates, completed his training at YTTP in 2023 and also passionately teaches this approach in our studios.

Nadine Runggaldier

Nadine Runggaldier brings over 900 hours of education and continuous education to her dynamic, creative and profound yoga classes. Their mission is to keep the body intelligent and active, to expand limits and to overcome the inner bastard. As a mentor and lecturer in 200h/300h yoga teacher training courses, Nadine shares her extensive knowledge and experience. Her own training in Yin Yoga & essential oils shows her passion for holistic practices and deep understanding of the connection between body and mind.

Maria Graffelder

At the moment of her first encounter with Ashtanga Yoga in 2011, Maria fell in love with its elegant, powerful and flowing practice. Her three-year intensive training in this yoga style shaped her path as a committed and passionate teacher. As co-founder of “Yoga To The People”, she now dedicates her deep knowledge to promoting yoga teachers and offers the opportunity to develop on the mat and in class in her studios. Nicolette Horn

Nicolette discovered her passion for yoga in 2009. An inspiring encounter in Sri Lanka in 2016 motivated her to become a yoga teacher herself. After her 200 hours of Vinyasa Teacher Training in Cologne and another 300 hours of training in Sri Lanka, she now teaches yoga full-time. Her dance background is reflected in creative, flowing classes, which are often focused on the core of the body and offer new perspectives. For Steffi Lenz, yoga wasn't love at first sight, but the second attempt made her feel even more intense. It took several attempts before she understood the wisdom “practice and all is coming” and fully dedicated herself to yoga. Music plays an important role in this and provides the right framework for practice. During her training as a dance teacher, Nora discovered the world of yoga and Pilates for herself. Nadine El-Haddam, from Sydney, Australia, is a passionate Movement Teacher and certified Pilates and Yoga instructor with expertise in somatics, embodiment, and face yoga. To Nadine, movement transcends the physical, becoming a journey of joy, strength, liberation, and creative expression. Johanna is a passionate yoga and Pilates trainer who completed her Vinyasa Yoga teacher training 2021/2022. Since then, she has been inspiring her students with joy and gratitude. Stefan Steinshorn

Stefan Steinshorn

Yoga has been an integral part of Stefan's life since 2010 and he has been teaching yoga since 2012. Initially trained in Vinyasa Yoga (500h+) for 2 years, he got to know Iyengar Yoga in 2014. The Iyengar yoga method has had the most influence on his own practice and teaching. The precise orientation of the body and the interplay with breath and mind fascinate him anew every time. He has been a certified Iyengar yoga teacher since 2022. As an osteopath, alternative practitioner and physiotherapist, therapeutic yoga is particularly important to him. He has also been teaching as an anatomy lecturer and instructor in teacher trainings since 2014.

Anne now prefers to teach yin, even though she would probably have thought so at least of herself. It is very important to her that you feel comfortable in her hours, no matter how flexible or experienced you are. Or how little do you identify with the yoga cliché that you might know from social media: Everyone is welcome. Her classes are accompanied by relaxed music in the background and her sometimes revealing right/left weakness. Anne creates a space in which, through various variants of positions and with tools, you can find your individual practice that meets your needs.

Jan Spicher

Jan Spicher discovered yoga as a teenager through his mother's books and was immediately fascinated by the exercises and philosophy that lead to inner peace. During his sports studies, he came into contact with Power Yoga for the first time and was enthusiastic. Yoga has been an integral part of his life ever since. His lessons are varied and include sitting still, conscious breathing, powerful and flowing movements, and the passivity of yin yoga. Jan attaches great importance to teaching yoga as a holistic practice that promotes health, wellbeing and mindfulness in everyday life.

Katharina Seeger

Katharina Seeger

Katharina Seeger found Jivamukti Yoga in 2011 when she moved to Berlin. After many hours on the mat, she completed the Jivamukti Teacher Training with Sharon Gannon, David Life, Rima Rani Rabbath and Moritz Ulrich in 2015. In 2018, she spent a few months in New York to complete the 800h apprenticeship with Rima. Katharina has been an Advanced Certified Jivamukti Teacher since 2021. In her lessons, she integrates a challenging asana practice and spirituality, which allows her and her students to get back to basics again and again.

Andrea has been practicing yoga with passion and dedication for a decade. Today, she shares her knowledge and enthusiasm as a yoga teacher and imparts the transformative power of yoga that goes far beyond physical exercises. Andrea loves the flowing movements of Vinyasa and the structured practice of Ashtanga. She inspires her students to discover themselves and experience their own yogic journeys. In Andreas Klaßen, she emphasizes the importance of the structure and discipline of Ashtanga Yoga and at the same time creates space for creativity and flow in Vinyasa.

Michaela Bunderu

Michaela is a BDY certified Viniyoga teacher (over 3,000 hours of Vinyasa training). For Michaela, yoga is a state of complete presence and unity, in which nothing is missing. In her mindful, meditatively flowing lessons, she also wants her participants to experience this state of affairs. Michaela welcomes everyone with open arms and creates an atmosphere in which everyone feels comfortable and accepted. Her lessons are characterized by mindfulness, flowing movements and a deep meditative practice that brings body and mind into harmony.

Antonia Minn

Antonia discovered her passion for Vinyasa Yoga in 2012 and has been a full-time yoga teacher since 2015. She has completed numerous trainings and further education courses and combines movement, strength, inspiration and silence in her classes in order to enable her participants to feel stable and easy as well as to feel at home. Her flowing, dynamic teaching style combines with her own heart rhythm and focuses on strength, stretching, ease and challenge. Music is always an integral part of this.

Since 2020, Evy has completed over 800 hours of continuing education in yin, vinyasa, yoga therapy, sound, pranayama, yoga philosophy and anatomy. With her enthralling energy and focus on strength and endurance, she creates an intensive and inspiring training experience. Cara Stahl

Cara discovered her love for yoga through a friend in 2018. The combination of powerful, stretching exercises in a wonderful sequence, accompanied by music, immediately impressed her. In 2022, she completed her Vinyasa Teacher Training in Cologne and has been teaching yoga part-time with great dedication ever since. In Cara's Vinyasa classes, you can expect a nice mix of powerful and stretching asanas, flowing movements and dynamic sequences, followed by moments of rest and extensive stretching. Yasmine is a professional Contemporary and Hip-Hop dancer from South Africa. She furthered her dance studies in NYC at Gibney, Peridance Center and Broadway Dance Center for 2,5 years. Additionally, she has a diploma in exercise science. Yasmine focuses on alignment, technique and challenging instability in the body. You can expect a good burn, a sweaty workout and lots of fun while doing so.

It stands for a profound and experience-based yoga practice, which she passes on to her students with great dedication and inspiration. She is both a teacher and a continuous learner who shares her knowledge and passion. With over 800 hours of training in various styles such as Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Ayurveda, Somatic Yoga and Pilates, Nadine teaches a profound, inspiring practice. She has been training yoga and Pilates teachers herself for years and brings her diverse expertise to her classes.

With her background as a psychologist and group fitness trainer, she brings a deep understanding of body and mind to her dynamic Vinyasa yoga flows. In her classes, she specifically prepares body and mind for powerful and strengthening asanas, supplemented by balance and strength elements as well as playful transitions. Anna makes sure to offer modified options to suit every participant. Anna teaches Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative Yoga and integrates elements of fitness and psychology into her practice.

Mara was introduced to yoga at the age of 8 by her mother's best friend, and it has been with her throughout her life ever since. She taught freelance in Mallorca for five years and is certified in Vinyasa, Yoga Nidra, Himalayan Kriya, Somatic Experience, Yin Yoga and Meditation. In Mara's classes, she helps you create a safe space within yourself and build a connection with yourself through breathing and movement. This can be powerful and creative in sometimes gentle, sometimes challenging Vinyasa processes, or through the discovery of silence through Yin & Somatics. For them, yoga always means depth — through the body, the soul and into the heart.

Tabea Hügel

Tabea has been practicing yoga and Pilates regularly since 2018. She completed her 200h Vinyasa teacher training in Portugal in 2023 and expanded her knowledge through the 40h Modern Mat Pilates training at YTTP. For them, mindful movement combined with conscious breathing represents a kind of meditation and valuable break from everyday life. In addition to studying psychology at the University of Cologne, Tabea teaches with great passion and shares her enthusiasm for mindful practice with her students.

Jörg Bunderu

Jörg Bunderu

Jörg Bunderu was personally trained by Sharon Gannon and David Life in 2003 and received Advanced Certification from them in 2005. His lessons are characterized by dedication, philosophical depth, compassion and humor. In Jörgs Jivamukti Yoga classes, which are considered the “mother of modern Vinyasa yoga classes,” participants can expect music, mantras, flowing movements, breathing exercises and philosophical reflections, all in a meditative atmosphere.

Ella Moss Seibert

Moss teaches Pilates, Mobility and Strength classes, Moss studied contemporary stage dance with Hakvutza in Tel Aviv and SOZO Vim, Kassel. In general, Moss' courses incorporate a great deal of knowledge of movement and holistic body practices. “I am always curious to explore new movement approaches by integrating somatic practices (including Feldenkrais) and other forms of art into my work. My goal is to give participants new access to their bodies and to gain a good basic understanding of their own physical abilities.”
