We support our members on their way to a stronger, fitter and more energetic body. Through a combination of various yoga practices, strength-building classes, barre, and intensive mat and reformer pilates sessions. With already 2 studios in Cologne and 2 to come in Spring, we would now also like to bring our reformer Pilates concept to Berlin & Hamburg and we need you for that!

‍STUDIO MANAGER (m/f/d)‍

‍YOUR FUTURE TASKS
‍As studio manager at the new reformer studios in Berlin or Hamburg, you take on a central role and ensure that operations run smoothly.
Your tasks:
- Ensuring a highly organized and inviting studio atmosphere
- Building and managing a dedicated check-in team to ensure a smooth process
- Coordination and communication with the teacher team, including organization of meetings and feedback sessions
- Class program planning, workload monitoring and flexible adjustment of the schedule as required
- Organization and coordination of events, specials and workshops
- Close cooperation with the marketing team for targeted advertising of specials, workshops or collaborations
- Competent support of all inquiries via e-mail, telephone or in person in the studio

‍DOES IT SOUND LIKE YOU?
- Experience managing a yoga, pilates, gym or similar role
- Knowledge of yoga, Pilates or reformer training is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills, a structured way of working and passion for dealing with people
- Practice in team leadership and personnel management
- Able to use digital tools such as Excel and Asana
- Flexibility, resilience and a positive, open attitude
